An Akihabara hobby shop for anime dolls and doll parts
Looking for a unique experience in Tokyo? The Akihabara area, famed for its electronics stores and anime culture, is a great place to walk around and see Blade Runner-esque neon lights intertwined with maid cafes and arcades. It is also home to a very unique store: Doll Point / Hobby Square Akihabara, a hobby shop for anime dolls and doll parts!

Doll Point is tucked away on the 8th floor of Radio Kaikan, one of the older Akiba buildings. Here, you can find doll parts and clothes of all shapes and sizes. While you are here, check out some of their professionally assembled dolls to spark some inspiration.

Cute dolls everywhere
Even if you’re not particularly into making dolls yourself, you can see a whole host of well-made dolls.
Re:Zero
We saw some popular characters, such as Miku, Rin, and Len as well.
Just note the strict photo rules, however. The store used to not allow any photos, but nowadays specific dolls and parts of the store are okay for photography. There are marked signs, so just be sure to adhere to store policy.
Within a short walk from Akihabara Station and surrounded by many similar anime stores, add Doll Point Akihabara to your itinerary whether you will be in Akihabara all day or just a short trip. If you like anime and otaku culture, come by on your next trip to Akihabara!
