The biggest Halloween Parade in Japan is in Kawasaki with over 120.000 people watching the parade full of funny and weird costumes. Of course watching the parade is free, but if you want to take part in the parade, it would cost ¥1,000. You can buy tickets online and it’s limited to 2500 participants.
